Situated on the Atlantic Coast, Fenwick Island, Delaware is the
most southerly township before entering Ocean City, Maryland. The
historic Fenwick Lighthouse is situated on the Maryland / Delaware
State Line just south of Fenwick Island. |

| Fenwick enjoys the reputation as the QUIET
RESORT, with wide expansive sandy ocean beaches and is zoned
mostly single family residential. The town enjoys the popularity of
successful restaurants, shops and entertainment such as bicycle riding,
boating, surfing, fishing, and other watersports popular along the
Atlantic seaboard. |

To the immediate west of Fenwick Island lies the Little Assawoman
Bay. Most of Fenwick Island's bayside properties are on canals which
provide boating access to the small bay. From this bay, boaters have
easy boat access to the Big Assawoman Bay and the inlet to the Atlantic
Ocean at the southerly tip of Ocean City Maryland. |

The Little Assawoman Bay is a popular place to catch Blue Claw
Crabs, ski, or just sail along with the gentle breezes. The average
depth in most parts is about 3 to 5 feet. Several Wild Life Preservation
Areas surround the Little Assawoman Bay.

destination for sunbathing and swimming in the Ocean. The Dolphin
often frolic just offshore. |

The Spring and Fall find Surf fishing activity at its peak. |

| Seagulls love the sandy shoreline. It is common for
them to be gliding or walking along the shoreline in search of a meal.
